This survey was made by the “Center of Collaboration for Democracy”. The survey was conducted by Stepan Danielyan (the head of the working group), Ara Ghazaryan (lawyer), Hovhannes Hovhannisyan (religious scholar) and Arthur Avtandilyan (the interviewer). The survey has 130 pages.

The experts in law, journalism and history of religion will take part in the workshops wich will mainly focus on national legislation and international human rights standarts. Students with work experience in journalism are also encouraged to apply.
